§ 1 Scope For all online orders placed via the Tigerzzz homepage, tigerzzz-shop.ch, the following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively, in their version valid at the time of the order, unless the customer is thereby deprived of further consumer protection at their place of residence in Europe. Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments will come into effect immediately upon publication on tigerzzz-shop.ch.
§ 2 Registration, Ordering and Conclusion of Contract Registration with the online shop is reserved exclusively for legally competent persons. It is free of charge. There is no entitlement to registration with the online shop. The customer must provide complete and truthful information for registration. Orders can be placed 24/7 on the website, tigerzzz-shop.ch. Orders by phone, fax, or email are not possible for logistical reasons. Once an order has been submitted, it is legally binding. Orders from minors are only valid with the consent of their legal guardian. The information regarding goods and prices within the ordering process is subject to change and non-binding. By placing an online order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods; this offer is accepted by Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH if and when the shipment of the ordered goods is confirmed. Until this point, Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH reserves the right to refrain from delivering the offered goods if they are unavailable. A claim to delivery of the goods only arises upon acceptance of the offer. Furthermore, Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH is free to reject an order – for any reason whatsoever – and refuse to confirm it. Online orders via tigerzzz-shop.ch can be placed as a "guest" or as a "registered user." "Registered users" must create an account. A password is required to access the account. The password required for ordering must not be shared with third parties. In the event of disclosure or other unauthorized access by a third party, the customer is also liable for orders placed by that third party.
§ 3 Prices Our prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping costs are not included in the prices shown.
§ 4 Delivery Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH delivers exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Deliveries to P.O. boxes, post offices, and parcel lockers are excluded. Shipping costs are CHF 5.80; Tigerzzz-Shop offers free shipping on orders over CHF 100. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment. Shipping is via Swiss Post Economy parcel service, therefore delays by the postal service (e.g., around Christmas) cannot be ruled out. If an order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the customer, the goods will be returned to the seller at the buyer's expense. Once the goods have been handed over to the postal service, the customer is responsible for their order. Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH cannot be held liable for packages marked as delivered by Swiss Post but which do not arrive at the customer's address or are stolen from the mailbox/delivery compartment. In this case, the customer must report the package stolen to the police and claim the loss from their liability insurance company.
§ 5 Payment methods, due date and default Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. Cash payment is also possible upon collection of the goods. Should the invoice amount not be credited to our account by the due date, the customer will automatically be in default. Even without further notice, the customer will then be obligated to pay default interest of five percent and any further damages incurred due to the delay, in particular any additional collection costs. Benefits and risks pass to the customer upon handover of the goods to the carrier. If the customer is in default of acceptance, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods passes to the customer upon readiness for handover to the carrier.
Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method "purchase on account". With the order invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not pay within the specified timeframe, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month.
Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment processing. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's terms and conditions (www.powerpay.ch/de/agb) in addition to our own.
Achat sur facture with part payment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY proposes a title of prestataire de payment independent of the type of payment “Paiement sur facture”. The facture de l'ordre vous permet tout simplement de régler votre achat en ligne par facture. If you agree to a payment in the impartial deliveries, you will have to return the title to your request for a human facto with an aperçu de la commande.

§ 6 Claims for defects Exchanges and returns are excluded – except in cases of defective delivery. If the goods are defective, Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH will provide a remedy within a reasonable time, either by delivering replacement goods or by repairing the defects. If the remedy chosen by the customer is only possible at disproportionate expense, Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH is entitled to provide a remedy in another form. Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH will bear the expenses necessary for the remedy. If Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH is unable to provide a remedy, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase or reduce the purchase price.
Hygiene products such as hair extensions and all cosmetic products cannot be returned under any circumstances; there is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price.
Defective goods must be returned to Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH, unless the customer has decided to reduce the purchase price. Further or competing statutory warranty claims are expressly excluded. The delivered products must be checked for completeness and defects. Incorrect deliveries, shortages, and defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Defects that are not apparent with due diligence and are only discovered later must be reported in writing within 48 hours of discovery. If a complaint is not made within the specified time frame, the delivered products are considered accepted, and all warranty claims are excluded.
§ 7 Compensation for damages Damages for breach of contract are payable under the statutory provisions. Claims for damages due to incorrect images, texts, prices, or delayed delivery are excluded. Liability for consequential damages is also excluded. The same applies to claims for damages under the Federal Product Liability Act. All instructions on the packaging and inserts, as well as all product information on the website tigerzzz-shop.ch, must be followed. No liability is assumed for any use and/or handling that deviates from these instructions.
§ 8 Retention of Title The delivered items remain the property of Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH until full payment has been received.
Section 9 Data Protection Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH is expressly authorized by its customers to carry out credit checks at its own discretion and, if necessary, to pass on customer data to third parties for this purpose. Personal customer data is treated confidentially and – except in the context of order processing – is not passed on to third parties. The data necessary for processing your order will be stored, processed, and used by Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH in Switzerland. In this respect, we refer to the general data protection regulations. All data transmitted between customers and the tigerzzz-shop.ch server is encrypted. Thanks to this SSL certificate, unauthorized persons cannot access the exchanged data.
§ 10 Severability Clause Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provisions.
Section 11 Disclaimer for external links Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH provides links to other websites. For all these links, the following applies: Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH expressly declares that it has no influence whatsoever on the design and content of the linked pages. Therefore, it hereby expressly distances itself from the content of all linked third-party websites. This declaration applies to all displayed links and to all content of the pages to which these links lead.
§ 12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction The contractual terms between customers and Tigerzzz-Stylists GmbH are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich.
